We are seeking candidates to join an International Client – Medical Device – Cardiology
Our client is an International Medical Device company expanding the Nordic Team and we are seeking 3 dedicated Territory Managers in the area of TAVI & Cardiology, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager Nordics / Nordic Country Manager. The Territory Manager TAVI & Cardiology will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of our clients TAVI and cardiology products in the different Nordic countries.
This role involves sales plans, managing key accounts, and providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.
You are based in one of the Nordic countries Regional Sales Manager, Nordics.
Key responsibilities / Task:
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential and existing customers to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Medical Devices or products.
- Identifying customer needs and preferences and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Providing after-sales service and support to customers answering queries and providing training and technical assistance.
- Maintaining and updating databases and records of activities and performance.
- Researching and analyzing trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Attending and participating in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network with potential customers and promote the company’s brand and products.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the field and the relevant regulations and legislation.
- Following the company’s core of conduct and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer-first attitude
- Proven experience in medical device sales
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and procedures
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
General qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory and fluent in either Swedish or Finish language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools and technologies
- Valid driver´s license
- Background as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist or nurse with experience from CardLab or other experience from TAVI or interventional cardiology.
- Bachelor’s degree in medical engineering or similar
