
For our client, we are seeking a Tender Manager for the Nordics to take responsibility for tenders in all four countries. The position is based in Denmark, North of Copenhagen.
As Tender Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hospitals across the Nordic region as well as international organizations such as the UN. You will be working with products that ensure professional and safe treatment in the healthcare sector and make a real difference for patients worldwide.
You will report to the Head of International Sales.
Situation / Responsibility:
Our client, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative medical devices, including drug delivery systems, blood collection systems, and surgical sutures. We are committed to improving healthcare outcomes by providing high-quality products and solutions to healthcare providers worldwide.
Key responsibilities / Task:
- Tender Management: Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with Nordic and EU regulations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies in the Nordic region.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless tender process.
- Post-Tender Management: Oversee contract management and performance monitoring to ensure successful execution of awarded tenders.
- Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical device products, particularly drug delivery systems, blood collection systems, and surgical sutures.
- Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), ISO 13485, and Nordic public procurement laws.
Personal qualifications & skills:
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently ( leadership approach ).
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance with regulations.
- Self-driven and proactive approach
General qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory, and fluent in Danish
- Preferably Swedish og Norwegian speaking
