Clinical Support Specialist, Nordics

About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting our business within the Clinical Market across Scandinavia. Reporting to the Clinical Support Manager based in our European Headquarters in Germany, you will be at the forefront of customer satisfaction and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support our business in the Clinical Market within Scandinavia.
  • Provide application and workflow support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Assist our sales team in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Document your activities using SAP CRM, maintaining thorough and accurate records.
  • Utilize your organizational skills and initiative to achieve sales targets in collaboration with your sales colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in natural science or comparable training and qualifications. Ideally, some work experience in a technical field.
  • Preferable experience with LCMS as well as experience in chromatography, TOC, and spectroscopy, with a keen interest in analytical instruments and applications.
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • A confident, motivated, and curious personality.
  • Willingness to travel within Scandinavia.

Confidence, motivation, and curiosity are key personality traits for this role, and a willingness to travel within Scandinavia is required.

You should be an excellent communicator, skilled at explaining high-tech products to others. The ability to make connections, build trust, and maintain strong relationships is crucial. Strong teamwork skills are necessary, and you should thrive in a smaller, dynamic organization where the top is easily accessible. Fluency in written and spoken English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is required.
