{"id":3641,"date":"2025-02-08T12:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-08T11:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nordicsearchgroup.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=3641"},"modified":"2025-06-17T15:38:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T13:38:48","slug":"area-sales-manager-endo-surgery","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/nordicsearchgroup.com\/en\/positions\/area-sales-manager-endo-surgery\/","title":{"rendered":"Area Sales Manager Endo-Surgery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Area Sales Manager Endo-Surgical will drive sales growth and market penetration of our clients Endo-Surgical products in the region.<\/p>\n<p>This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n<p>You will be based in Sweden and report to the Nordic Country Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational polices.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and discuss action plans for achievement of sales budget each month.<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales.<\/li>\n<li>Map potential of territory and relates it to market trends and competitors\u2019 activities<\/li>\n<li>Profiles, assesses potential, prepares target list and enlists new doctors as per business requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at the different institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.<strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Education:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 up to 14 years of pharmaceutical | medical devices sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant therapeutic experience in areas such as Wound closure, Hernia solutions, Endo-mechanical Wound closure and Biosurgery is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be an agent of change management.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities,<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive sales performance and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the medical device market, products, and regulations, and the ability to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.<strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language. Intermediate level of English.
