Orthopedics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Regional Sales Manager Orthopedics will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of our cleint\u00b4s Joint Reconstruction product line in all Nordic countries.<\/p>\n<p>This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n<p>You will be based in one of the Nordic Countries and report to the Nordic Country Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities \/ Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share for orthopedic products.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, and hospital administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical and clinical support to sales team and clinical experts, ensuring the safe and effective use of the products.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions and educational programs for healthcare professionals and internal team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.<strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Life Sciences, Nurse, Radiographer or Biomedical Laboratory Scientist<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years in Medical Device Sales, specifically in orthopedic implants (hip, knee, joints, robotics).<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably 2 years of sales management or leadership experience, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities,<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive sales performance and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the medical device market, products, and regulations, and the ability to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and region, and occasionally to other locations as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends, and provide feedback and coaching to sales reps.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales reps, and ensure they comply with company policies and industry regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers, and resolve any issues or complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers, and negotiate contracts and agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events, and promote the company\u2019s brand and reputation.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively within Nordic and elsewhere<strong style=\"font-size: revert;
