the position is filled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our client Admix situated in Fredensborg, North of Copenhagen we are seeking a Managing Director to take over the full responsibility of the European operations.<\/p>\n<p>The Managing Director is responsible for the overall operations of Admix ApS which includes its recent addition subsidiary Diaf Pilvad-ApS to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.\u00a0 Working with a growing leadership team, the Managing Director\u2019s responsibilities include overseeing sales, office administration, engineering, finance, manufacturing, production, materials\/scheduling, quality control, and information systems.<\/p>\n<p>The Managing Director is a strong collaborative leader with a strong sense of urgency, ability to influence, and hold staff deliverable for deadlines, act as a mentor\/trainer, be process driven and organized, and has superior knowledge of manufacturing and engineering disciplines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Please note that a strong engineering and production background including MD experience are required for this position.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Managing Director position is a part of the global executive leadership team and reports to the CEO in the United States.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities \/ Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working collaboratively with his\/her leadership team, oversees all aspects of Admix ApS\/Diaf Pilvad including sales, office administration, engineering, manufacturing, production, materials\/scheduling, quality control, and information systems<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development, planning, coordination, and implementation of the overall business plan for Europe, including organizational structure, capital budgets, new products, enhancements to processes and technology, and future expansion<\/li>\n<li>Establish yearly goals and objectives for all direct reports designed to bring success to the organization and monitor progress towards reaching those goals on a quarterly basis<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor annual budget with guidance from US finance operations<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor internal processes to ensure that customer needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Understand and train others on the company\u2019s ERP and CRM systems and the transactions that affect customer fulfillment, finance, materials, production, and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Develop and qualify European vendors to allow products to be built in Europe<\/li>\n<li>As revenue and growth permit, take the necessary action to add the appropriate resources to the organization and ensure that the resources receive the proper orientation, training, and support<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive team environment to foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent<\/li>\n<li>Establish team goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, develop talent, and foster personal accountability<\/li>\n<li>Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate excellent visionary leadership<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the US teams on transaction requirements<\/li>\n<li>Take pride in employee engagement and work with the US Human Resources department and Ownership Crew to foster a pleasant, fun, and highly productive work environment<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the US engineering department to ensure our products meet European design standards and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as needed or assigned<strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience in a senior leadership level in organizations with international operations in manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Preferably Managing Director experience<\/li>\n<li>Master degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership skills have to be demonstrated<\/li>\n<li>Experience with turnaround is to be demonstrated \/ as an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent and demonstrable skills in written communication<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional level<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience from a WW operating organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong networks and relationships<\/li>\n<li>Experience from same business area is an advantage<strong style=\"font-size: revert;
