{"id":2216,"date":"2020-02-04T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-04T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nordicsearchgroup.com\/job\/territory-manager-urology-pelvic-health\/"},"modified":"2024-04-09T10:18:58","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T08:18:58","slug":"territory-manager-urology-pelvic-health","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/nordicsearchgroup.com\/en\/positions\/territory-manager-urology-pelvic-health\/","title":{"rendered":"Territory Manager Urology Pelvic Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a Global market leading Medical Device Company, and due to increasing activity we are seeking a Territory Manager Urology Pelvic Health to support the Business Unit Manager Nordic in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division.<\/p>\n<p>The position will be based in Denmark, preferably in the Copenhagen Area.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon Sales objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Making individual and group presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining positive working relationships with all members of staff within an account.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the Cath labs<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote&nbsp;products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining detailed records of all contacts and activities within each account.<\/li>\n<li>Planning efficient use of time to meet the company\u2019s strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular company sales and technical meetings<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with the latest technical and market developments<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to increase the opportunities for the sales in the local area<\/li>\n<li>Report relevant costumer activity in the CRM System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant education within HealthCare<\/li>\n<li>Science degree or equivalent qualification<\/li>\n<li>Preferably knowledge within the Urology Pelvic Health area<\/li>\n<li>Competent &amp; confident presenter of technical information<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding sales performance record<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in sales from the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal qualifications &amp; skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly motivated, excellent drive and passion in your work life.<\/li>\n<li>Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry<\/li>\n<li>An independent, proactive and decisive nature.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to determine own work schedule and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High drive coupled with the ability to work through and with other team members.<\/li>\n<li>Willing and able to travel 30 % of the time<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge and application of business and technical concepts, procedures and practices.<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.<\/li>\n<li>General understanding of business unit\/group function.<\/li>\n<li>Exercises judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Language &amp;
